Military Free Fall
F3EA’s Training Directorate develops customized training plans based on the needs of your element. Training plans are developed from Unit requirements and are not constrained by geographical locations (CONUS/OCONUS). Training plans can accommodate any size team, from small units up to Troop-level airborne events including JPADS and Tandem integration.
Medical Training
F3EA Inc.’s Medical Directorate delivers comprehensive and highly realistic medical training using amputee role players with professional, studio quality makeup effects, high fidelity mannequins, and has military approvals for Advanced Medical Training. The Medical Directorate is led by an Emergency Medicine physician and supported by special operations medics with multiple SOF Combat deployments. F3EA maintains multiple medical instructor qualifications and is able to provide continuing education units for Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic refresher.
Explosive Ordnance Disposal
F3EA conducts in depth research on the latest improvised and conventional explosive ordnance. This research allows incorporation of current explosive employment techniques and trends into the classroom or scenario-based training. F3EA maintains in house ability to develop, fabricate, and employ realistic explosive devices, components, and initiators to include components with radiological or chemical signature.
Joint Terminal Attack Control
F3EA JTAC instructors provide Terminal Attack Control academic instruction in accordance with USSOCOM 350-5 and as aligned with the JTAC Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). They also operate Fire Support/Terminal Attack Control simulators and provide instruction for USSOCOM JTACs, trainees and Close Air Support (CAS) familiarization when needed. The instructor/operators plan, develop, schedule, and synchronize all aspects of the JTAC Trainer, as well as develop realistic and challenging simulator training scenarios in accordance with the unit’s Designed Operational Capabilities statement.
Special Extraction
Our Training Directorate maintains the ability to construct training apparatuses that allow extrication team members to execute cuts and vehicle manipulation on realistic, full scale training hulks to hone their skills in preparation for real-world deployments.
Technical Rescue
Training events are designed using existing and mock-up training structures that allow rescue team members to execute full-scope evolutions with diverse patient models.
Shoot, Move, Communicate
F3EA's training directorate designs and facilitates full spectrum, turnkey training events incorporating Realistic Military Training (RMT) sites that allow for a "First Look" target sites for Military, and Law Enforcement personnel. F3EA's robust network of world-wide training venues ensures each training event challenges a Unit's capabilities to affect the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit & Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle.
