Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRXs)
F3EA’s Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX) are uniquely designed and AOR specific based on the unit’s operational requirements. F3EA’s command post exercises provide realistic and relevant training on staffing and operational procedures for up to Division commands. These exercises ensure staffs at all levels are provided the skills necessary to support their unit’s operational responsibilities.
ELLIPSE Series events (LEVELs I, II, III)
F3EA’s EDRE exercises, ranging from Level I through III allow for development from Table-Top exercises (TTXs) to full integration of higher echelon commands and Interagency partners.
Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs)
F3EA maintains a network of experienced, industry leading, subject matter experts in all staff functions capable of providing onsite assessments of units’ processes and systems and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies and support.
Academic Seminars
F3EA maintains a network of experienced professionals capable of providing onsite academic instruction specific to a unit’s requirements.
Collective Staff Functional Level Seminars
F3EA maintains a network of experienced, industry leading, subject matter experts in all staff functions capable of academic instruction on best practices in staff interaction, collaboration, and problem solving.
BST events
F3EA maintains a network of experienced and qualified instructors and evaluators capable of supporting unit Battle Skills Test events.
TTXs
F3EA develops TTX events with full SME integration into scenario-based exercises that allows staff elements to exercise MDMP and JOPPs while wargaming the effectiveness of established contingency plans.
Strategic Appreciation Seminars (SAS)
F3EA maintains a network of experienced interagency professionals and former flag officers to support academic instruction and discussions on current policies and strategic planning considerations.
Senior Leader Seminars (SLS)
F3EA maintains a network of former commanders and senior enlisted advisors capable of providing academic instruction and or discussion-based seminars on wide range of topics to support unit requirements.
CPXs
F3EA maintains a network of experienced, industry leading, subject matter experts in all staff functions capable of providing onsite assessments of units’ Command Post processes and systems and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies and functional expertise.
Pre-Deployment Exercises (PDXs)
F3EA plans and conducts Pre-Deployment Training Exercises (PDXs) based on a Unit’s emerging mission requirements unique to a specific mission or collective task lists.
Field Training Exercises (FTX)
F3EA conducts short-duration Field Training Exercises (FTXs) with specified training goals outlined by a Unit that encompasses the general and holistic capabilities that enables iterative and collective training events. These events are designed to stress the ability for an element to accomplish missions with the capability to train multiple times in a scenario to reinforce training intentions.
